Responsibilites

Egypt National Tours, LLC and their representatives, act only as agents in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, sightseeing, restaurants or any other services in connection with the itinerary, and all reasonable care will be made in such arrangements. However no liability is assumed for any injury, damage, loss, accident, hijacking or delay to persons or property due to an act of default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour. The operator accepts no responsibility for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, mechanical breakdowns, quarantine, government restraints, weather, or any other cause beyond their control.

The right is reserved to cancel or change itineraries or substitute services of equal value without notice.

Liability

Carriers, airlines or cruise ships provide transportation for tours only for such transportation and are exempt from responsibility for any act, omission or events during the time passengers are not aboard the craft.

Insurance

In view of statutory or contractual limitations which may apply, the purchase of travel, cancellation, accident and baggage insurance is recommended.

Deposits

$500 per person due along with the reservation form.

Balance due 45 days before departure date.

Reservations made 45 days or less, before departure date, require full payment, if accommodations are available.

Canellations

60 days before departure 100% money returned.
45 days before departure 100% money returned less a $250 processing fee.
30 days before departure 50% money returned less a $250 processing fee.
All cancellation request must be made in writing

Tipping of guides, drivers and any service rendered is customary and at your discretion.

Baggage: Domestic carriers are changing the baggage requirements constantly. Please be sure to contact your carrier before departure to know the latest requirement details. Many of the carriers will allow you to tag and check your baggage to it's final destination if you show them your International e-ticket at check-in. The same goes for your return flight.

Passport: All U.S. citizens are required to have a valid passport with 6 months leeway on the expiration date.

Visa: All U.S. citizen require a visa to enter Egypt. Visas can be obtained at the Cairo Airport for anywhere from $15 to $25 dollars. (exact change please)
